How do I contact customer service?
You can find the answer to many of your questions right here on our FAQ page. If you can't find the answer and need assistance, please reach out to us at info@quillingcard.com.

Your Account
Can I have more than one online account for our business?
More than one account can be created for your business using a different login and password.
How long does it take for a new account to be approved?
We try to review new applications twice a week and may have follow up questions to clarify before we can approve your account. So please plan on about 3 days to approve a new account.
Orders
Can I place wholesale orders online?
Yes! You will have to create an account and be approved before you can order through our website.
What should I do if my order won't go through?
Please make sure you are using the latest version of one of the following browsers: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Opera. Microsoft Explorer is not compatible with our website. If you are still experiencing problems, contact us at info@quillingcard.com.
What is the minimum order amount?
First order minimum is $350. The minimum order amount is $150.
What are your best sellers?
You can find our best sellers on our "Products" page. From the left side of the screen, select "Best selling" from the options.
Where can I find your new designs?
You can find our newest designs on our "Products" page. One the left side of the screen, select the new category.
How do I checkout after I picked my products?
After you have selected all of your cards and gifts, click shopping cart icon on the upper right side of the page. Here you will see all the items in your current order. Select "Submit Purchase Order" and follow prompts to complete your order.
I have a customer looking for a Quilling Card design that I do not carry, can I order just one card?
All cards are sold in 6 packs.
How do I get a print catalog?
We no longer offer print catalogs. As we add new cards and gifts quarterly, the best way to shop our most up-to-date product line is through our website.
Payment
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal and Amazon Pay on our website.
Do you extend payment terms?
First orders must be accompanied by credit card, subsequent, will require credit check without clearing house.
When is my credit card charged?
All payments are processed during checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Here at Quilling Card, we do not have access to your credit card information when you make a payment on our website. All payments are processed through Shopify. Shopify adheres to the highest standards of server compliance. You can read more here.
Shipping
How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
In most cases, orders will be shipped within 48 hours from our warehouse in Framingham, MA. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Do you offer free freight?
We do not offer free freight.
What is the shipping cost for displays?
Shipping costs for displays will depend on your location. We will only be able to provide an estimate.
Returns and Exchanges
Do you have a return or exchange policy?
Return claims must be submitted within 7 days of receipt. We offer return or exchange if cards are in their original packing and unmarked. We do not accept products with retail stickers or removed stickers leaving glue residue. They must be in the same condition in which they were received.
If I select a design that does not end up selling, can I exchange it for something different?
We only accept returns within 7 day of receipt. After that period, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Minimum Advertised Price(MAP) and Ecommerce
Do you have a MAP policy?
In order to maintain Quilling Card as a premium brand, we have instituted a minimum advertised price policy. This is to ensure that our handmade cards and gifts are accurately valued. You can read our MAP policy here.
I want to add Quilling Card products to my online store, are there any regulations for e-commerce sales?
If you have a physical location, you can add Quilling Card products to your online store. We do not permit our products to be sold on any online marketplaces, such as Amazon or Etsy. Pricing must comply with our MAP policy which you can read here.
Displaying and Selling Quilling Cards
Do you provide any displays?
We offer card displays in 3 configurations :16, 48, and 72 pocket displays. There is an offset deal for each display that you can learn more about on their individual product pages.
Do you offer zip code protection?
We do not offer zip code protection.
Will I have trouble selling these cards at such a high price point?
A Quilling Card is more than just a card, it's a work of art. It's a gift in itself that recipients cherish and will keep for a lifetime. As a handcrafted artwork, our fans don't find the price to be a deterrent.
How can I best describe how the cards are made to my customers?
Each card takes one our to be brought to life and is handmade by a master artisan at our workshop located in Vietnam.

What is quilling?
Quilling is the art of rolled, shaped, and glued paper that results in creating a unified, decorative design. You can learn more here.
Is quilling done by machine?
Quilling is the art of coiling and arranging strips of paper into a beautiful design. To ensure the quality of our cards, each one is handmade by a highly-skilled artisan at our facility in Vietnam. It takes one hour to make each card.
Do you have any cards with printed messages on the inside?
Our cards do not come with pre-printed messages on the inside. Each card comes with a blank insert where you can write your own personal message.
What is the slip of paper inside for?
Each card includes a slip for you to write your own unique and personal message on.
How long does it take to make one card?
Each of our quilled cards are handmade by a highly-skilled artisan. It takes one hour to make each card.

Where are Quilling Cards made?
All of our cards are designed by our very talented graphic design team located in Massachusetts. Our cards and other quilled products are handmade at our facility located in Vietnam.
How many artisans do you have?
We currently have almost 500 artisans at our facility in Vietnam.
What does being Fair Trade Certified mean?
Being a Fair Trade Certified organization means providing fair wages and safe working conditions to those who produce goods in less developed countries. It's an equitable partnership between businesses in developed countries and workers in developing countries. For Quilling Card, it's so much more. CEO, Huong Wolf, was born and raised in Vietnam. Through Quilling Card, she is able to give back to her home country and ensure hundreds of young women and men are able to support themselves and their families.
